The Member Materials section of the HANGAR provides RACCA members with a centralized collection of engagement tools, handouts, and conference documents designed to support effective communication and participation across the industry. This library includes ready-to-use resources that can help RACCA members highlight operational and workforce priorities, and engage confidently with stakeholders at events, meetings, and throughout the year.
Conference Archive
The Conference Hub serves as the central hub for materials from RACCA’s 2025 Annual Conference, which brought together leaders from across the regional air cargo community—including operators, suppliers, regulators, educators, and government partners. Conference resources reflect thoughtful discussions held under the theme “Piloted by Purpose, Delivered by People: Investing in the Workforce of Regional Air Cargo,” and include presentations and supporting documents designed to extend the impact of the convening beyond the event itself.
News Center
The News Center provides RACCA members with timely industry updates, organizational announcements, and insights into collaborative efforts across the regional air cargo community. This section highlights RACCA’s partnerships with industry organizations, participation in joint initiatives, and instances where RACCA joins peers in signing letters of support to advance shared priorities and strengthen the collective voice of the industry.

This member service will include such resources as Family Assistance Act planning/ training and protocol materials, and crisis communications drills and guidance to help members prepare for, respond to, and navigate sensitive situations with clarity and confidence. Digital Design Services
Through this service, RACCA offers graphic design support as an additional scope of work, delivering branded creative services and ready-to-use visual materials customized to your company and brand. Through this service, members can receive graphic design support—including website design services, original product and content design, customizable templates, digital graphics, company branded materials, and outreach assets—built to strengthen communications, improve engagement, and elevate industry visibility. RACCA can also provide design support for member-specific initiatives and collaborative projects aligned with shared industry priorities.
