RACCA
Airline/Associate Member Poll (RAMP) Program

The Regional Airline Cargo Carriers Association (RACCA) is excited to launch the RACCA Airline/ Associate Member Poll (RAMP) Program, a confidential initiative designed to help members gather input on sensitive safety and regulatory issues. This new program will replace the Advisory Committee; however, it will still leverage the expertise of those that were on the committee to foster collaboration and support amongst RACCA members.

Through RAMP, airlines or associate members can anonymously poll fellow members, gaining valuable insights while promoting best practices across the industry. All submissions and responses are de-identified to ensure privacy and encourage open participation.

How it Works

ELIGIBILITY: Only RACCA member airlines or associate members may participate.

POLL SUBMISSION: Members email the RACCA Vice President with their poll
question and to which audience they would like to poll (airline members,
associate members, or both) with the subject line “RAMP: (poll subject)”,
excluding any identifying details.

REVIEW & DISTRIBUTION: The Vice President removes identifiers and shares the
poll with the appropriate members.

RESPONSE SHARING: After responses are collected and anonymized, results are
distributed to the participating members.

Confidentiality is essential—poll results are strictly for internal use and must not be shared externally. By fostering trust and collaboration, the RAMP Program empowers members to make informed decisions and continuously improve safety and compliance across the sector.

Guiding Principles

To ensure open and honest participation, all poll submissions and responses will be de-identified prior to distribution. This program is built on mutual trust and professional integrity, and all participants are expected to adhere to the following rules:

Benefits of Participation

By maintaining anonymity and confidentiality, the RAMP Program encourages greater participation and fosters a culture of collaboration. Members can benefit from shared insights while contributing to the continuous improvement of safety and regulatory practices across the industry.
