Display Instructions

Shipping Information

Please arrange for all Table Top Displays to arrive prior to the start of the conference and no later than Friday, October 23rd.

NOTE: Please clearly mark all boxes: Hold for RACCA Conference

 

 

Set-Up & Breakdown Information

​Set-up for Tabletops may begin at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27th.​Breakdown for Tabletops may begin at 12:00 PM on Thursday,

October 29th.

Displays:

Must be fully set up by 5:30 PM on October 27th, as the Opening Cocktail Reception begins promptly at 5:45 PM.

Display Size & Locations:

Display Locations will be clearly marked by company name, and location changes will not be permitted. Table Top's are standard 4 x 6. Banners and Pop-up's must fit within table top area. You can not extend to the  table tops on either side or your location.

Display Breakdown & Shipping:

Please box your displays up and place either on the floor in front of your table or on the table. Please have shipping labels printed for return and affix to boxes and leave everything. Shippers will be called and will pick up all boxes.
