Marc Esposito practices traditional labor law with a concentration on representing air carriers under the Railway Labor Act. He handles arbitrations and collective bargaining, with a focus on union organizing campaigns. Marc also represents employers under the National Labor Relations Act in unfair labor practice litigation and union election campaigns.
He is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia. Marc was selected as a "Georgia Rising Star" in 2005 by Georgia Super Lawyers.
