This year's Spring Conference will offer the largest gathering of the regional air cargo industry in its history.
Location for this year's event will be at the Scottsdale Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dates for the conference are May 15-17, 2007.
What is RACCA's Spring Conference? It's the largest single gathering of the regional air cargo industry featuring:

This event is designed to provide the regional air cargo industry with an opportunity to network with other carriers, customers and industry suppliers. RACCA has secured a limited number of discounted rooms at a daily rate of $169.00 (S/D occupancy) for those attending the conference.

This year's golf outing chairman Bill West, Jr. has outdone himself in selecting the Padre Course at the Camelback Golf Course.
New this year will be ample time for a full day of golfing. The golf outing will commence at 8:00 AM on May 15, 2007 which will offer ample time to return to the Doubletree Resort for the opening cocktail reception starting at 5:30 PM.

For the first time this year RACCA will offer an alternative to the golf outing. Leaving directly from the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort at 9:30 AM on May 15, 2007 a bus featuring a tour narrator will take our attendees to the unique community of Sedona. The sights are beautiful and there will be plenty of time for photography and sightseeing on your own. Timing is designed to return to the resort with ample time for the welcome cocktail reception, beginning at 5:30 PM.

RACCA Spring Conference
Table top display information
Once again the RACCA Spring Conference will welcome a limited number of table top displays. Our display area is limited to one ballroom at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort. This year's opening cocktail reception will take place in the display area. Also, all breaks, breakfasts and lunches will be located in the display area. Any special electrical or internet connections should be worked out with the hotel in advance.
All displays must be ready for showing by 5 PM on May 15th (opening cocktail reception will take place from 5:30-7:30 PM). Timing for table top display set up will be announced at a later date. Shipping address for table top displays will also be announced at a later date.
Display positions will be on a first come first served basis.
The Doubletree Resort will supply six foot skirted tables for your display. NOTE: Only table top displays allowed.
This years cost for each table top display is $500.00.
